Vilorra offers a plethora of services for both individuals, and businesses alike. If you see a plan that you’d like to customize, give us a call and we will work with you, so you can make the most out of your subscription. Once a package is received, we inspect, photograph and upload pictures to your account so you can be on the know. If out of ordinary situations were to arise, we’d look for Advanced Protocols. If no Advanced Protocols are in place, we will await further instruction from you.

You can use your assigned address in any way you see fit as long as you’re not abusing the system or violating any laws and regulations. You can receive mail, package, business correspondence in any way that best suits you.

As long as we have your forwarding instructions, the package is quickly processed and forwarded within 48 hours.

ONLINE ACCESS

Access to your online portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is a device connected to the Internet and you can login to your account to pay bills, change or upgrade services, change your preferences and protocols, provide instructions on how to handle packages that are to be processed and more.

SECURE ONLINE SCANNING

Under normal circumstances, we will never open customer mail or packages unless otherwise instructed. Photographs are taken of the outer package or envelope, so customers can view incoming mails as they are received and processed.

However, customers often request us to open particular orders and check content for accuracy, damage etc. We are more than happy to make these sorts of welfare check as long as we receive explicit instruction to do so. If damaged items are discovered, we will act per established Advanced Protocols or await further instruction in absence of one.

If we have to open a package and/or mail piece, we have a designated, secured area within our facility so we can safeguard the privacy and security of our clients. Once inspection, scans and photos are taken, we place the order back in its original packaging.

RECYCLING AND SHREDDING

In our line of business, we cannot help but produce considerable amount of waste. Paperwork and packaging materials are utilized daily and in large quantities. As a socially and environmentally responsible business entity, we participate in numerous recycling programs and continually monitor our operations to identify opportunities where we can reduce waste and eliminate redundant processes that can potentially reduce waste.
